Project Overview:

Loyal 9 Development was contracted to construct two municipal storage buildings for the Town of Chili Department of Public Works (DPW), located at Archer Road and Beaver Road in Monroe County, NY. Together, these structures provide 16,500 square feet of enclosed space to support DPW operations and equipment storage.

Key Features:

Archer Road Facility – 9,000 SF with Architectural Enhancements:

• The Archer Road building was developed on a site featuring an existing structure with plain walls and a simple roofline. As part of this project, the original building was updated and enhanced with architectural elements to better align with the Town’s aesthetic goals.

• New construction added six dormers—three on each side of the pitched roof—for improved visual appeal and ventilation.

• Three decorative cupolas were added to the ridgeline, contributing to the building’s upgraded appearance and civic character.

Beaver Road Facility – 7,500 SF Purpose-Built Structure:

• This building was designed and constructed as a ground-up addition to the Town’s DPW infrastructure.

• The structure includes a slab-on-grade foundation and standard exterior finishes suitable for municipal storage.

• The building provides functional space for Town equipment and materials in a low-maintenance, single-story design.

Site Development:

• Both sites underwent grading, stone base preparation, and the installation of asphalt drive lanes for year-round vehicular access.

• Site utility coordination and drainage improvements were included to support long-term durability and performance.

Execution:

Loyal 9 Development delivered both buildings in accordance with municipal specifications, on schedule, and within the agreed budget. The Archer Road enhancements elevated a pre-existing building to reflect the Town’s design standards, while the Beaver Road build added practical new capacity for the Department of Public Works. Both projects reflect Loyal 9’s attention to detail, responsiveness to civic needs, and capability in managing public sector infrastructure projects.
