It was an honor for the Loyal 9 team to have the opportunity to work alongside a well-experienced proprietor who owns several storage facilities in the northeastern area. Our main objective was to transform the previous Wegmans warehouse, situated across from the ROC Airport, into a state-of-the-art storage facility. Our extensive project involved the installation of a brand-new exterior, intricate HVAC and electrical systems, and the arrangement of over 300 top-of-the-line climate-controlled storage units.
