The scope included foundational support work to prepare the site for water features and surface infrastructure in this new public recreation space.

Key Features:

Excavation & Footing Prep:

• Completed trenching and excavation for frost wall footers, including layout and inspection-ready formwork.

• Backfill and compaction were performed following concrete placement to restore grade and support adjacent construction phases.

Footing Drains:

• Furnished and installed perforated footing drain systems with filter wrap and washed stone to manage subsurface water flow and protect structural integrity.

Masonry Construction:

• Built new CMU block frost walls to support future splash pad components, using high-strength mortar and fully grouted cores as required by plan.

• Masonry was executed to spec for alignment, elevation, and long-term durability in a public outdoor environment.
