Project Details
Valuation: $ 520,000
Completion Date: 2025
Key Features
This full interior remodel of Kanatota Lodge—located in Webster Park and owned by Monroe County—transformed the aging public facility into a bright, modern space suitable for year-round events. The overhaul included new finishes throughout, fully updated kitchen and restroom facilities, and a redesigned interior layout that maximizes flexibility for public and private functions.
Durable materials were selected to withstand heavy use while enhancing the lodge’s rustic setting. Clean lines, improved lighting, and neutral tones bring a sense of calm to the space, while strategically placed windows frame the natural surroundings. The fireplace, a central architectural feature, was updated to provide both function and visual warmth.
Execution
Loyal 9 Development performed a complete interior renovation and rebuild. The team coordinated demolition, structural framing, MEP upgrades, finish carpentry, and fixture installation, with careful attention to scheduling and logistics, minimizing disruption within a busy county park.
As with all municipal projects, compliance and documentation were critical. Loyal 9 managed permitting, safety oversight, and inspection readiness from start to finish.
The result is a rejuvenated public lodge that meets today’s accessibility, energy efficiency, and durability standards, delivered on time and to specification.
