Loyal 9 development has completed a new bathhouse at Veteran’s Memorial Park in Penfield, NY. This 830 square-foot facility, valued at $480,000, is strategically placed near the girls’ softball fields. It features two single, handicap-accessible bathrooms, equipped with changing tables, automatic sinks, and high-force air dryers. The entryway’s exposed timber truss design adds a rugged aesthetic. A water fountain and bottle refilling station provide added convenience for park users. Funded partly by Senator Samra Brouk’s grant, this project enhances the park’s facilities, supporting the local community’s needs.
