• From there, the team built a full two-story wood-framed structure attached to the back of the house, with a tall ceiling on the first floor and standard framing above.

Exterior Work:

• Siding, roofing, and trim were chosen to match the original house so the addition would blend in.

• New windows and a patio door were added for backyard access and natural light.

Interior Layout:

• The first floor features a spacious great room that connects to the existing house and opens toward the backyard.

• The second floor includes a large main bedroom, a walk-in closet, and a new full bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink—all built to homeowner specifications.

Utilities & Finish Work:

• All heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical were extended from the existing house into the new rooms.

• Interior finishes included insulation, drywall, paint, flooring, doors, and trim—everything needed to make the space fully move-in ready.
