The goal was to refresh both curb appeal and functionality while preserving the home’s historic charm. The result is a bright, inviting front entry that blends traditional proportions with updated, low-maintenance materials.

Key Features:

• Full Porch Rebuild: The original porch—including roofing, decking, posts, and railings—was fully removed and replaced. The existing concrete pad was preserved, with the new structure framed to match the home’s dimensions and roofline.

• Refined Finishes: The porch features tongue-and-groove composite decking, PVC-wrapped columns, and clean white vinyl railings. The beadboard ceiling and matching trim details provide a polished, timeless finish.

• Roofing & Siding: A new curved roof was framed and finished with architectural shingles, flashing, and updated siding on the gable face. Trim and paint were carefully matched to the existing structure for a seamless appearance.

• Exterior Updates: A new glass storm door and updated lighting complement the entry, while white gutters and downspouts were added for clean water management.

• Approach & Access: A new concrete sidewalk now connects the rebuilt porch to the public sidewalk, improving both accessibility and aesthetics.
